Collaborating with medical providers and the care team, you will provide personalized, comprehensive, and compassionate care, following established nursing models such as "Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage." You will also act as an advocate for patients, families, and caregivers, embodying the organization's vision, mission, and values to ensure an outstanding patient experience and positive clinical outcomes.What qualifications you will need:

    REQUIRED LICENSURE AND/OR CERTIFICATION
    1.RN licensed in State of Texas/Compact.
    2. BCLS certified
    3.Current ACLS (Exception: NEWGRADUATEmustobtain within six (6) months from date of hire

          SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES:
          
        • Medical nursing unit experience preferred
          
        • Read and write basic English with basic skills necessary to transfer physician orders
          
        • Knowledge of body substance isolation
          
        • Ability to movein excess of100 pounds withassistancefrom others
          
        • Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
          
        • Basic computer skills andproficiency
