Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the Neuro ICU at The Hospitals of Providence - Sierra Campus. As a critical care nurse, you will provide exceptional patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.Responsibilities

• Coordinate the delivery of nursing care for critically ill patients in the Neuro ICU
• Respond to code and emergent situations as a team member within the hospital
• Participate in patient and family teaching, providing education on disease management, treatment options, and self-care
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition, ensuring timely interventions and adjustments to careRequirements
  • Current RN licensure in the State of Texas or compact state
  • BLS and ACLS certifications
