Job Description:

Registered Nurse Coordinator needed to coordinate patient care and develop comprehensive plans for care delivery across the patient care continuum.
As a Registered Nurse Coordinator, you will work with patients and their primary physicians to develop customized care plans based on individual needs and preferences.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure timely delivery of tests and treatments, advocating for patients, and balancing care needs with financial considerations.

  Required qualifications include an academic degree in nursing, with a preferred Bachelors or Masters degree.
  At least 2 years of nursing experience is required, with current licensure, certification, or registration to practice as a nurse.
  BLS certification is also required.
