Coordinator (CNC) delivers high quality, patient-centered care and
coordinates all functions in the unit. In partnership with the
management team, the CNC monitors and evaluates nursing care in
accordance with established policies. The CNC serves as a resource
for staff and supports an unparalleled patient experience.
-What you will do in this role:
- Partner with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate,
customize, and deliver high quality, patient-centered care.
- Assist with admission and discharge processes.
- Partner with subject matter experts and leadership team to
support improved outcomes and service.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance
and engagement.
- Assist with staff scheduling.

What qualifications you will need:
- Education & Experience: --- Associate Degree in Nursing or RN
Diploma Required --- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Preferred --- 1+
years applicable experience Required - - Or equivalent combination
of education and/or experience Licensure, Certifications, Training:
Credential*: Required for the following departments: Preferred for
the following departments: Grace Period for Required Credentials
(select if applicable): Currently licensed as a registered
professional nurse in the state(s) of practice and/or has an active
compact license, in accordance with law and regulation. Required
for all departments. N/A Basic Life Support (BLS) Required for all
departments. N/A Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Telemetry -
Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) - Emergency Nursing Pediatric
Course (ENPC) - Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) - Neonatal
Resuscitation Program (NRP) - Non-Violent Crisis Intervention
(NVCI) - is a full service, acute-care hospital in east El Paso,

300+ patient beds. Our include emergency care, cardiac care,
women's services, Level III NICU, rehabilitation, a , and a
