Up to $15,000 Sign On Bonus available based on experience RN PEDIATRIC EMERGENCY DEPT AT THE HOSPITALS OF PROVIDENCE MEMORIAL CAMPUS
The pediatric emergency nurse will be able to effectively manage the care of the pediatric patient and provide a family-oriented caregiving atmosphere in the Pediatric Emergency Department setting. The pediatric emergency nurse must be proficient and knowledgeable in medication administration as applied to the multifaceted developmental stages of the pediatric population.

Qualifications

Minimum Education

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Required Licenses/Certifications
  • Current state registration or eligibility to do so.
  • BLS required of all RN's.
  • PALS, TNCC required
  • RN's with more than 1 year of experience should obtain PALS certification within 6 months of employment, as well as an TNCC and ENA approved triage course within 18 months of hire.
  • New RN/GN, PALS within 12 months of hire. TNCC and ENA approved triage course within 18 months of Hire. Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
    • Demonstrated proficiency in emergency care nursing, knowledge and skills.
