To collaborate with other members of the health care delivery team including physicians, to deliver quality health care. What qualifications you will need: LICENSURE/CERTIFICATIONS: Current Registered Nursing License in state of Texas or Compact stateRequired. Basic Cardiac Life Support certification Required. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Bachelors in Nursing Science-Preferred Associates degree or Diploma in NursingRequired CERTIFICATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES: Medical/Surgical Nursing experiencePreferred Medical Surgical ANCC CertificationPreferred Reads and writes basic EnglishRequired Effective communication skills, both oral and written.Required Strong interpersonal, organizational and problem solving skillsRequired Ability to listen, empathize and respond to patient, family, internal and external partner needs.Required Basic computer skills and proficiencyRequired This role requires you to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 based on local, state and /or federal law or regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is approved).
