Job Description:
$20,000 Sign-on Bonus for Experienced RN /RN Coordinator
Summary
Registered Nurse Coordinator coordinates the care needs of assigned
patients and develops comprehensive plans to manage care delivery
across the patient care continuum.
Registered Nurse Coordinator partners with patients and their
primary physicians to develop customized care plans based on their
individual needs and preferences.
Responsibilities
Required: Academic degree in nursing
Preferred: Bachelors or Masters degree
Experience
Required: 2 years nursing experience.
Certifications
Required: Must be currently licensed, certified or registered to
practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of
practice or policy. BLS
