Up to $20,000 Sign-On bonus based on experience Summary The Charge Registered Nurse is a professional nurse who coordinates the delivery of nursing care. The Charge Registered Nurse participates in patient and family teaching, provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary and other patient team personnel in maintaining standards of professional nursing practice in the clinical setting. Aligned with Nursing Unit Leadership, the Charge Nurse coordinates the delivery of nursing care and provides leadership by working cooperatively with medical, ancillary and support staff in maintaining standards of professional nursing practice in the clinical setting. Education Required: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing Experience Required:

• Current state registration or eligibility to do so.
• BLS
• ACLS--RN's with more than 1 year of experience should obtain certification within 6 months of employment. New RN/GN, ACLS, within 12 months of hire.
• Demonstrated proficiency in acute care nursing, knowledge and skills. Tenet complies with federal, state, and/or local laws regarding mandatory vaccination of its workforce.
