UMC Main Full Time Hours: 4 or 5 day work week - 40 hours Employed New Graduates Average Patients seen: 4-6 per hour Call Schedule: No Call Sign-On Bonus: $25000 Compensation: $450,000 - $560,000 plus RVU Bonus - Additional bonus based on quality and patient satisfaction Benefits: - Medical/Dental/Vision - Life - Disability - Malpractice Insurance - Pension Plan- 224 PTO Hours which Accrue Each Year - Including 8 Holidays- 40 CME Hours With $7K Allowance - Relocation Reimbursement Additional Info: Multiple clinic locations to choose from*- Full staff and office space provided so dermatologists can concentrate on seeing patients- Work in a friendly environment with staff already in place- Over 60 physicians to provide referrals- Dermatologist will perform all medical procedures with a mostly underserved patient base- Dermopathy is done at a centralized lab - Cosmetics is not a big part of the practice model, but some procedures can be done if the incoming dermatologist enjoys them Qualifications:- MOHS is not required
