SUMMARY Under the direct supervision of the Supervisor Nursing
Unit, the staff nurse plans, implements, and evaluates and
documents nursing care for patients. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Less than 1 year EDUCATION REQUIRED
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing LICENSES AND
CERTIFICATIONS Required :
- Current Texas Registered Nursing license or identified compact
state license. (If compact license, Texas license must be obtained
within 90 days of hire or establishment of Texas residency,
whichever occurs first)
- BLS
- ACLS required within 6 months of hire
- ENPC required within 12 months of hire
- TNCC or ATCN required within 12 months of hire
- NIHSS required within 60 days of hire and annually Preferred:
- CEN preferred This role requires you to be fully vaccinated for
COVID-19 based on local, state and /or federal law or regulations
(unless a medical or religious exemption is approved). Las Palmas
