POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's prepared RN with current state
licensure. In lieu of BSN, RN must have 5 years case management
experience and complete a bachelor's of science in nursing within 2
years of hire date. 5 years of nursing experience with 2 years
critical care or 3 years nursing experience with 2 years case
management experience preferred. Certification in case management,
nursing, or utilization review preferred. InterQual experience
preferred. Ability to establish and maintain collaborative and
effective working relationships. Ability to communicate effectively
in oral, written and electronic formats. Demonstrates analytical
and critical thinking abilities with proactive decision-making and
negotiation skillsDel Sol Medical Centeris a full service,
acute-care hospital in east El Paso, Texas. We have a Level II
trauma designation. This facility has 300+ patient beds. Our range
of services include emergency care, cardiac care, women's services,
Level III NICU, rehabilitation, a bariatric clinic, and a Minimally
