The role is responsible for supervision of staff to which appropriate care is delegated. The role is accountable to support facility CNO to ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care. Minimum education Graduate of an accredited School of nursing Preferred Education Academic degree in nursing (Bachelors or Master's degree) Minimum Experience Must have 2 years of nursing experience with a minimum one year current (Trusted Resource Associates (TRA) Job ID #2189. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.Benefits
