Job Description:
The Hospitals of Providence is actively seeking an OBGYN to join
an existing large practice due to a physician retiring. This is an
area of El Paso where OBGYN's ramp up quickly. El Paso is a
beautiful place to live with a rich Latin culture. El Paso
consistently ranks as one of Americas safest big cities to live in
cause of its low crime rate this is due to its strong policing,
large military presence and engaged citizens and communities.
Highlights
· Typical Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 8-5 Primarily outpatient.
Deliveries
· Shared call will be approx. 1:6 Group rotates weekday call and
weekend call. ER call is backup to OB Hospitalist group which is
primary.
· Surgeries 5-6 per month, Inpatient 15-20 deliveries/month,
Outpatient 20-25 (non – surgery days)
· Currently 19 OBGYN, 3 Uro-Gyns and 3 midlevel. New provider will
have support from these providers.
Qualifications
· MD/DO
· BC/BE
· Spanish Speaking preferred but not required.
· TX License or Eligible
