QualificationsPosition Summary:The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC)
ensures and delivers high quality, patient-centered care and
coordination of allfunctions in the unit/department during the
designated shift. In collaboration with other members of the
managementteam, the CNC directs, monitors, and evaluates nursing
care in accordance with established policies/procedures,serves as a
resource person for staff, and models a commitment to the
organization's vision/mission/values to supportan unparalleled
patient experience and clinical outcomes that contribute to overall
departmental performance.
Education & Experience:
- Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Preferred
- 1+ years applicable experience Required
- Or equivalent combination of education and/or
experienceLicensure, Certifications, Training:Credential*: Required
for the following departments: Preferred for the following
departments: Grace Period for Required Credentials (select if
applicable):Currently licensed as a registeredprofessional nurse in
the state(s) ofpractice and/or has an activecompact license, in
accordance withlaw and regulation. Required for all departments.
N/ABasic Life Support (BLS) Required for all departments.
