The New Graduate ResourceThe nurse supports multiple units. The New Graduate Resource Nurse provides guidance and education on the hospitalsstandard of nursing practice, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with all accrediting and regulatory agencyrequirements.Education & Experience:
  • Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma Required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Preferred
  • 2+ years experience as an RN Required
  • 1+ years experience in a leadership role Preferred
  • 1+ years experience as a preceptor PreferredOr equivalent combination of education and/or experienceLicensure, Certifications, Training:Credential*: Required: Preferred: Grace Period (select if applicable):Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse inthe state(s) of practice and/or has an active compactlicense, in accordance with law and regulation.
