The Neuro Interventional Registered Nurse is aprofessional nurse who coordinates the delivery of nursing care for the patientin the neuro interventional radiology suite. The Neuro/IR RN demonstratescompetence in the planning of care for the patient throughout the radiologicalprocess. The Neuro/IR RN participates in patient and family teaching andprovides leadership by working cooperatively with other disciplines inmaintaining standards of professional nursing practice in the operating roomsetting through the use of evidence based medical practices.

Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.Current state licensure or eligibility to do soBLS.ACLS within 6 monthsPALS optional Tenet complies with federal, state, and/or local laws regarding mandatory vaccination of its workforce.
