-Masonry ForemanWe are partnered with an area-recognized and established construction company that is actively looking to add a proven -Masonry Foreman -to -their growing team! They have a great reputation and believe strongly in supporting the growth of their employees and are dedicated to maintaining an outstanding work culture.Job Duties of -Masonry -Foreman:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the company with both clients and the construction team as needed.
• Must have 8 years of Commercial Construction.
• Blueprint reading, specification reading, and layout/survey proficiency.
• Ability to build relationships and possess a hard work ethic.
• Direct and oversee project schedules and budgets to ensure successful project completion.
• Establish and implement job procedures and techniques to ensure timely buyout, shop drawing approval, and material delivery.
• Provide clients with value-engineered solutions when applicable.
• Expected to travel 1 to 2 hours within the Charlotte area. -
