Pediatric Emergency Medicine – Medical Director


Seeking an experienced BC/BE Pediatric Emergency Medicine Medical Director to join a practice in El Paso.


The Medical Director is responsible for results-oriented, strategic leadership to ensure the clinical performance of the facility. The Medical Director provides daily oversight of the clinicians, ensures that client hospital expectations are met, and is adhering to contractual obligations for emergency department staffing.

This full-time position


A minimum of 1 year of leadership experience required.


25,000 annual visits per year


Physicians average 1.8 patients per hour


12 hour shifts with FT being an average 80 clinical hours and average of 40 administrative hours per month


122 hospital beds with 13 ED beds


24 PICU beds with a 3 bed fast track


EM residents rotate through ED
