If your answer to these questions is an enthusiastic " yes " then please keep reading! The Client Success team is looking for a Relationship Manager.
As a Relationship Manager , you will be the main partner for the successful delivery of StandOut technology and leader development. You will lead a portfolio of clients by fostering relationships, driving user adoption, developing strategic outcomes, and retaining and growing clients. You care about your clients and are attentive to their needs, always searching for new ways to make their experience the best it can be.
This is a full-time position, and the Relationship Manager position will reside anywhere in the U.S.

Managing the work from solution design and development to implementation and ongoing support
Successfully managing multiple concurrent clients and projects
Building and fostering strategic relationships, both internally and externally
Aligning and evolving strategic objectives
Consulting with clients to drive adoption and usage of StandOut to help them achieve their goals, and responding quickly to their questions
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the voice of the client is heard and seen
Presenting, facilitating and leading conversations
Understanding, analyzing and interpreting data to tell a story
Retaining and growing the portfolio

Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent experience
3-5 years managing and consulting on strategic client accounts

Preferreed Skills
Demonstrated skills in collaboration, analytics, presentation, and client management
Cross functional project management experience
Excellent written/oral communication and presentation skills including the ability to facilitate large group meetings and host webinars
Experience with SaaS implementations/delivery preferred
Minimal travel required

Compensation range for this role for U.S. Colorado Residents
Minimum: $50,300
Maximum: $71,725
Compensation Type: Salary
