As a Relationship Manager , you will be the main partner for the
successful delivery of StandOut technology and leader development.
You will lead a portfolio of clients by fostering relationships,
driving user adoption, developing strategic outcomes, and retaining
and growing clients. You care about your clients and are attentive
to their needs, always searching for new ways to make their
experience the best it can be.
This is a full-time position, and the Relationship Manager position
will reside anywhere in the U.S.

Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent experience
3-5 years managing and consulting on strategic client accounts
Demonstrated skills in collaboration, analytics, presentation, and
Cross functional project management experience
Excellent written/oral communication and presentation skills
including the ability to facilitate large group meetings and host
Experience with SaaS implementations/delivery preferred
Minimal travel required
