Remote Security Configuration Management Engineer

Job Description:

A technology company has a current position open for a Remote Security Configuration Management Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:
Helping lead the next level of security work
Maintaining the configuration baselines
Proactively engaging with vendors to work through issues that arise
Position Requirements Include:

Bachelor's degree and/or applicable, proven experience
3+ years' experience in Security/IT or equivalent knowledge
2+ years engineering experience with IT/security SW: SIEM, MDM, etc
Knowledge of various security methodologies and processes
Understanding of baselines, and formal change control procedures
Proficient in writing/developing procedures, work instructions and tickets
