Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Speech
Language Pathologists are needed to provide essential communication
services for students ranging from PreK through 12th grade in the
El Paso, TX area. This is a travel assignment requiring on-site
work within district schools. The role involves managing
significant caseloads and delivering critical speech therapy to
students who have experienced limited or no service during the
current school year. Assignments are available in two main
settings: primarily high school campuses serving up to 64 students,
where you'll address a backlog of services and help students make
meaningful progress; and K8 schools with caseloads of approximately
40 students, where some short-term service gaps have occurred.
Depending on your assignment, you may serve one or two schools
situated south or northeast of I-10. Key Responsibilities: Deliver
individualized speech-language therapy services to students across
age levels PreK12th grade. Manage and maintain caseloads that
include students with delayed communication services. Develop and
update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and documentation.
Conduct evaluations, track progress, and provide necessary
communication interventions. Collaborate with school staff to
support students communication goals and academic success. Required
Qualifications: Current valid State Speech-Language Pathologist
(SLP) licensure. Experience working in school settings preferred.
Ability to work full days; part-time considered but must cover
full-day shifts. Strong organizational skills to manage large
caseloads and well-documented service delivery. This position
