This opportunity seeks licensed Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide essential services within a K-12 school setting located in Fabens, TX. The role involves supporting students across PreK through 12th grade, with a primary focus on high school students who have experienced gaps in speech services throughout the school year. This position is contract-based for the current school year, working on-site with 37.5 hours per week. Part-time candidates may be considered but must be available for full workdays. Key Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive speech and communication services to students with diverse needs. Manage and maintain a caseload with a focus on addressing service backlogs and conducting IEP meetings. Provide therapy and intervention plans tailored to individual student goals. Collaborate with educators and support staff to facilitate student progress. Document services and communicate effectively with families and school teams. Qualifications and Experience: Valid State Speech Language Pathologist licensure is required with documentation on file. Experience working within school settings preferred, with caseload management skills. Ability to work with a wide age range, PreK through 12th grade. Strong organizational skills to handle caseloads of up to 64 students, including backlogged services. Bilingual candidates are encouraged, though monolingual applicants are also welcome. Location: Schools located in the Lower Valley area south of I10, with some options North East of I10.
