Job Description Job Description Bachelor's or Master's degree in
School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1
years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A Clinical
Fellowship Year Speech Language Pathologist position is available
within a K-12 school setting serving PreK through 12th grade
students, primarily focusing on high school. This role offers the
unique opportunity to provide critical communication services,
including IEP support and comprehensive caseload management, in a
district that has experienced service gaps. Location:El Paso, TX
Lower Valley (south of I10) or northeast of I10 depending on
placement. Position Type:Contract for the current school year,
starting ASAP through June 29, 2026, with a commitment of 37.5
hours per week. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver speech-language
therapy services to students with diverse communication needs. -
Manage a caseload of up to 64 students in high school or 40
students in K-8, depending on assignment. - Address a backlog of
unmet service needs, requiring backtracking and intensive support.
- Collaborate with educational teams to develop and implement
Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). - Maintain accurate
documentation and communication regarding student progress and
compliance. Qualifications: - State licensure as a Speech Language
Pathologist (SLP) required. - Eligible for or currently in Clinical
Fellowship Year. - Bilingual skills preferred but not mandatory. -
Strong organizational abilities to handle high caseloads and
service cleanup. - Passion for supporting students who have had
