Job Description Job Description Bachelor's or Master's degree in
School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1
years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This position
offers a rewarding opportunity for a Speech Language Pathologist in
their Clinical Fellowship Year to provide essential communication
services within a K-12 school setting in El Paso, TX. The role
involves supporting students across PreK through 12th grade,
primarily focusing on high school, where speech services have not
been available for an extended period. The selected candidate will
address a significant backlog of IEPs and communication service
needs, helping students regain lost ground in their speech and
language development. Responsibilities include: - Delivering speech
and language pathology services to K-12 students, with a focus on
high school-aged learners - Managing a caseload of up to 64
students, including providing IEP support and communication
services - Collaborating with educators and support staff to ensure
student progress and compliance with educational standards -
Completing thorough documentation and cleanup of backlogged cases -
Potentially serving students at an additional K-8 school location,
depending on the assignment Qualifications: - Clinical Fellowship
Year Speech Language Pathologist certification or eligibility -
State licensure in Speech Language Pathology (licenses must be
current and verifiable) - Ability to provide supervision if needed,
or willingness to receive supervision during the fellowship year -
Strong organizational skills to manage a large caseload and
paperwork backlog - Bilingual skills are valued but not mandatory
Location & Schedule: - Position requires on-site work in El Paso,
TX, with assignments located either south of I-10 or northeast of
I-10 - Full-time, approximately 37.5 hours per week - Contract
duration: ASAP through June 29, 2026 This role is ideal for a
