Job Description Job Description Bachelor's or Master's degree in
School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1
years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. An
opportunity is available for a Speech Language Pathologist in a
K-12 school setting located in El Paso, TX, serving PreK through
12th grade students. This contract position runs from ASAP through
June 29, 2026, offering a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per
week. The role primarily supports high school students with a
secondary option to work in K-8. Services will involve direct
speech and communication therapy, addressing a backlog caused by a
year without speech services, and managing extensive IEP
documentation and cleanup. Key Responsibilities: - Provide
speech-language pathology services to students across assigned
grade levels. - Deliver clinical fellowship year supervision if the
candidate requires it. - Manage a caseload of up to 64 students in
the high school setting or around 40 students in the K-8 setting. -
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs). -
Conduct assessments, track progress, and adjust intervention
strategies accordingly. - Collaborate with educators and families
to support student communication needs. Qualifications and
Experience: - Current state licensure as a Speech Language
Pathologist. - Clinical Fellowship Year candidates welcome;
supervision available if needed. - Strong organizational skills to
manage backlogged services and documentation. - Experience working
in school settings preferred. - Bilingual abilities considered an
asset. Work Location: - El Paso, TX, in Lower Valley south of I-10
for high school assignment. - Northeast of I-10 for K-8 assignment
