School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1
years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Provide
clinical fellowship year supervision as a Speech Language
Pathologist in a dynamic K-12 school setting serving PreK through
12th grade students. This contract role offers the opportunity to
support speech and communication services in schools that have
experienced gaps in service, requiring dedication to addressing
backlogs and ensuring students receive the individualized education
programs (IEPs) they need. The position is located in the El Paso,
TX area with options to work in either a high school setting or a
K-8 setting, depending on the candidate's preference and caseload.
Key Responsibilities: - Deliver speech language pathology services
to a caseload of 40 to 64 students across grades PreK-12, focusing
primarily on communication services and IEP compliance. - Address
service backlogs and assist in clinical documentation and cleanup
to ensure all student needs are met promptly. - Provide clinical
fellowship supervision if needed or collaborate with recruiters to
facilitate supervision. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
to develop and implement effective intervention strategies. -
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with state
licensing and school district requirements. Qualifications and
Experience: - Current state licensure or eligibility for Speech
Language Pathology. - Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates
welcome; supervision available if needed. - Strong organizational
skills and ability to manage a large caseload. - Experience working
with school-aged children from diverse linguistic and cultural
backgrounds preferred, including bilingual capabilities. -
Familiarity with IEP processes and special education regulations. -
Commitment to student-centered care and interprofessional
collaboration. Location: - Schools located in the El Paso, TX area
with assignments either north or south of I-10, depending on
