Full-time entry-level to mid-level customer service role
troubleshooting and resolving technical cable and video service
issues, including repair, billing, and accounts. Profile: A
tech-savvy problem solver who can multitask to repair a variety of
services and equipment. Video Repair Representatives use patience
and effective communication skills to uncover customer needs,
answer questions, and leave a positive impression on customer

focus on Video Repair, you will use your communication and
problem-solving skills to nurture and maintain relationships with
customers who are subscribed to our high-quality cable and video

services, and billing processes to provide knowledgeable and timely

voice of Spectrum Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
related to cable and video services Interacting with customers
through inbound phone calls to resolve a variety of topics,
including billing questions, account updates, subscriber
challenges, and more Resolving TV inquiries while creating

experience; 1 year working with computers and software
applications; 6 months of heavy volume phone experience in customer
service or a call center Technical Skills : MS Office, computer
