Manager - JLL What this job involves: As a Senior Facility Manager
at JLL, you'll lead the strategic oversight and operational
excellence of facilities management services for our client
portfolio. This role places you at the heart of creating
exceptional workplace experiences, where you'll manage critical
building systems, vendor relationships, and facilities teams to
ensure seamless daily operations. You'll develop and implement
preventive maintenance programs, oversee capital improvement
projects, and drive sustainability initiatives that align with both
client objectives and organizational goals. At JLL, we are

enhance occupant satisfaction while optimizing operational
efficiency and cost-effectiveness. You'll serve as the primary
point of contact for senior client stakeholders, translating
complex technical requirements into actionable strategies while
building trusted partnerships. This role requires balancing
immediate operational demands with long-term strategic planning,
ensuring that every facility under your care operates at peak
performance while adapting to evolving business needs and industry
best practices. What your day-to-day will look like: Lead and
mentor a facilities team, providing guidance on technical issues,
service delivery standards, and professional development
opportunities Oversee all aspects of building operations including
HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety systems, and building
automation to ensure optimal performance and compliance Develop and
manage annual operating budgets, tracking expenses, identifying
cost-saving opportunities, and providing detailed financial
reporting to stakeholders Conduct regular site inspections to
assess facility conditions, identify maintenance needs, and ensure
adherence to safety regulations and quality standards Manage vendor
and contractor relationships, negotiating contracts, monitoring
service level agreements, and ensuring timely delivery of
high-quality services Coordinate capital improvement projects from
conception through completion, including scope development, budget
management, and stakeholder communication Respond to emergency
situations and critical facility issues, implementing contingency
plans and ensuring minimal disruption to building occupants Drive
sustainability initiatives and energy management programs that
reduce environmental impact while achieving operational and
financial targets Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations
for client leadership, communicating facility performance metrics,
project updates, and strategic recommendations Required
qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management,
Engineering, Business Administration, or related field 6 years of
progressive facilities management experience, with at least 3 years
in a leadership role Strong knowledge of building systems including
HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire/life safety, and building
automation systems Proven experience managing operational budgets
and capital projects ranging from planning through execution
Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and motivate facilities
teams while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous
improvement Excellent client relationship management skills with
the ability to communicate complex technical information to diverse
audiences Proficiency in computerized maintenance management
systems (CMMS) and Microsoft Office Suite Preferred qualifications:
Professional certifications such as Certified Facility Manager
(CFM), Facility Management Professional (FMP), or Project
Management Professional (PMP) Experience managing facilities in
commercial environments, with portfolio responsibility exceeding
500,000 square feet Location : El Paso, TX This position does not
