Job Description Job Description Benefits: Competitive salary Opportunity for advancement Underground Drillers Now Hiring: Directional Drill Crews (Las Cruces, New Mexico) We are seeking qualified directional drill crews to support active and upcoming fiberoptic construction projects in Las Cruces, NM . -Project details will be revealed after an official NDA is signed and received Ideal crews will have: Fiber directional drilling experience Strong safety practices and compliance awareness Ability to document bore logs and maintain clean job sites Reliable equipment and manpower A productiondriven mindset Qualifications Skilled, complete drill crew licensed in New Mexico Equipment Preferred: JT30 Drill or higher (required) ; JT40 Drill Missiles, locator, wet vac Adequate manpower, trucks, trailers Pulling grips, shovels, and all tools required for complete drilling operations Complete drill crews Skills: Strong blueprint understanding; ability to analyze and interpret data Clear communication between companies and partners Focus on quality, restoration, and timely resolution of customer issues Problemsolving, adaptability, and ability to follow instructions We Provide Steady work in the Las Cruces region Competitive compensation Opportunity for longterm partnership
