  The Role: This month we're looking to add 5-7 people to our existing events team. You'll start off in an entry-level sales & marketing position where you'll be engaging with our client's customer base at live events throughout the local area. You will be actively involved in preparing and distributing marketing materials, answering general questions, and completing sales transactions.
  Training & Growth: We offer all new starts comprehensive training and provide ongoing on-site support and guidance. We operate as a team and want to see all team members reach their full potential! Everyone here has their own set of personal and professional goals they're looking to achieve and we provide a variety of sources and connections for personal and professional growth.
  Advancement: Since we're expanding our El Paso location this year we can offer rapid progression to people who demonstrate clear leadership abilities and produce consistent results. We'll be looking for people to assist with campaign management, event management, market management, recruitment, and more!
  Requirements: Due to the nature of the position, you'll need to be 18+ years of age and eligible to work in the USA (sorry- we're not in a position to provide sponsorship at this time). No specific degree nor work experience is required, but you should be comfortable speaking with customers face-to-face, so retail sales, food service, customer service, or similar experience can be very helpful!
