Job Description:
A company in Central El Paso, TX is searching for a Front Office
Coordinator. M-F @ $14.00 Qualifications Proven experience as a
receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
effectively. Proficiency in using computer systems and office
software applications. Familiarity with phone systems and excellent
phone etiquette skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and
handle sensitive information with discretion. A positive attitude
and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. High
School Diploma 1 to 2 years of experience Preferred – Bilingual
English and Spanish Job Type: Full-time Pay: $14.00 per hour This
role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and
the ability to multitask. Responsibilities Greet and welcome
visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Manage incoming
phone calls, ensuring proper phone etiquette and directing calls to
appropriate personnel. Organize and maintain filing systems for
easy access to information. Support administrative tasks as needed,
including managing office supplies, snack room and lounge. Assist
the office manager and offer administrative assistance to all team
members whenever necessary Collect and sort all mail and packages
Validate the guest parking Process invoices and pay outstanding
bills for company accounts Perform light bookkeeping and financial
