A healthcare company is filling a position for a Remote Process
Design Eligibility and Billing Operations Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following
responsibilities:
Develop foundational processes for our scaling operations
Lead, coach and develop a team of individual contributors
Collaborate with our teams and external vendors and partners
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
A bachelor's degree or 5+ commensurate years of operating
experience
5+ years of experience using data software such as Excel or Google
Sheets
1+ year(s) of experience with data querying language such as
SQL
3+ years of experience building, coaching and developing teams
Experience designing and improving workflows and technical
procedures
