Looking for Call Center Representatives!We are currently hiring for a fulltime position in El Paso, TX. In this role, agents will be managing claims for large pharm company. This position is onsite and pays $15 / hour plus incentives!Our ideal candidate is someone who has strong customer service skills and loves to help customers! Please see shift availability below:Must be flexible to work weekends.Training hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PMJob Description/Responsibilities:Manage pharmaceutical medical claimsFollow-up on pending request for authorizations, referrals and scheduling.Work with customers to help answer questions regarding prescriptionsUnderstanding and interpreting insurance explanation of benefitsIdentify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfactionBuild sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communicationMeet personal/customer service team targets and call handling quotasHandle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolutionKeep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documentsFollow communication procedures, guidelines and policiesMaintain confidentiality of all customer and Company records, account numbers, or any other verbal or recorded transactions as required through complianceKey Competencies:Proven customer support experienceTrack record of over-achieving quotaStrong phone contact handling skills and active listeningFamiliarity with CRM systems and practicesCustomer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of charactersExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyExcellent interpersonal, organization, presentation and communication skillsRequirements:Minimum 1 year of Call Center experienceExcellent customer service skills and ability to build relationships with customersAbility to remain calm and professional under pressureGood organizational and time management skillsMust be computer literate and able to navigate on-line portalsAbility to type 25 WPMHigh School diploma and background check required#CORP #ZRby Jobble
