Job Description Job Description Proven experience as a construction estimator, with specific experience in industrial/commercial construction Proficiency in construction estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, HCSS HeavyBid, PlanSwift) and strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel. Excellent mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for clear documentation, negotiation, and presentations. Ability to visit construction sites, which may involve climbing stairs and ladders, and the ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE). The role typically involves a mix of office work and on-site visits, with a standard full-time schedule that may require overtime during busy bidding periods.
